The website is hosted on servers in Switzerland. Enquiries via our forms are sent via the Internet in encrypted form (SSL).

We would like to point out that the transfer of data outside of our web server (e.g. in the case of communication by e-mail or at node points on the international network) may have security breaches. Breach-free protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

II. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

A. The purpose of data processing

We use the personal data collected by us in the first instance for executing our business relationship, in particular with regard to the conclusion and execution of contracts with our customers, business partners, suppliers, etc.

A. Server log files

This contact information will be stored by us for the purposes of processing the request and in the case of follow-up questions. You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up until the revocation remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

1. Google Analytics

Demographic characteristics of Google Analytics

This website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain information about age, gender and the interests of website visitors. Order data processing

BOGRAMA has concluded a contract with Google for order processing and fully implements the strict requirements of the data protection authorities for the use of Google Analytics.

2. Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a solution with which we can manage so-called website tags via an interface (for example, to incorporate Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our on-line offer). The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) does not process any personal user data. E. Social media plug-ins and tools

1. LinkedIn

This website uses functions of network from LinkedIn. The operator of the website is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Each time you visit one of our pages that includes LinkedIn features, it will connect to LinkedIn servers. LinkedIn is informed that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click LinkedIn's "Recommend Button" and are logged in to your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn will be able to associate your visit to our website with you and your user account. 4. Additional third-party software
